This girl and her cats...

I would say I feel bad for the cats, but they keep coming back for more! They love it! Cali is constantly locking the cats up in the bedrooms for story-time, taking them with her to the bathroom, keeping them from going outside, etc. To say she's obsessed is an understatement! Here she is with mama kitty Kiki.

Cousins!

Reunited! After 5 years, these girls were instant best friends again. So sweet. I wish we lived around the corner from each other. Pretty sure they would be inseparable.

Wet & Wild!

Wow last weekend was a scorcher! That first HOT day always leaves me wilted, sunburned, and realizing how I'm so not ready for Summer weather yet. The kids on the other hand.....

On a walk...

One of my favorite things to do is just take the kids out on a walk to a location where I know I can sneak some great pictures. Here's the result of our spur of the moment walk at 5pm yesterday. I laugh looking at the ones of them on the grassy hill. Brody was so unstable and Cali was trying as hard as she could to help him, but the sad truth is, he's the same size as her so he was pulling her down! This morning on the way to school she was complaining of sore legs. Pretty sure she got a work-out yesterday!

It's her again!

I know I'm always posting pictures of Cali, but let's face it, she's my most willing model. Prettiest one too! ;)

My baby girl's big day!

What a fun-filled day Cali had. She went off to school with some treats for her classmates, and lucky for her it was a 1/2 day! School was over at noon, and she was picked up by Andrea for a birthday pedicure. When she got home, she was excited to see I decorated a bit, and had a bouquet of balloons waiting for her. Lucky lucky girl! 

After lunch, we made brownies....

Summer and Allie showed up just in time for the brownies to come out of the oven!! Brownie sundaes.... doesn't get any better than that!

They spent the afternoon playing in the backyard, and then it was time for Summer and Allie to head home. How cute are they?

 

 

And the day continued.... we had Taco Bell for dinner (birthday girl's choice!) and had some family over for presents....

 

  and we finished the day off with a delicious cake.
